For those people like us
don't have the chance to hike mountain which is higher than 2500M,
they will hard to feel this kind of sickness.

I have experienced this
kind of sickness in Nepal before. I hope our MMG member will not face
the same problem as what we face next time.
The following are some
tips to avoid Mountain Sickness :-
1.
Drinks more GARLIC soup.
2.
Plan your journey in such
a way that one day only hike 1000M high.
3.
Brings alone mountain sickness
pil.
4.
Add in whatever food you
have eat with GARLIC before and during hiking period.
Next time if we do hiking
which is higher than 4500M, those people are not prepare theirself,
this may cause mountain sickness or make the journey uncompletely,
more seriously will get die also.
