Climbing Gunung Sindoro a rather big Volcano in Indonesia offering stunning aerial views of the surrounding mountain landscape from the Peak.

Gunung Sindoro (3153m) is a stratovolcano in central Java, Indonesia. It is also known as Mount (Gunung) Sindoro, Mount Sendoro and Mount Sindara. It’s conical peaked neighbor Gunung Sumbing is separated by the Kledung Pass at 1,404m altitude and from the village of Kledung you can find the Pos or Checkpost at what is known as the basecamp which is one of the two start points for the trek to the summit. The other start point for Climbing Gunung Sindoro is found at the base of the northern flank at a village called Sigedang which is more convenient if you are around the Dieng Plateau region.

Day 1 Arrive Jogjakarta (D)
Please book your flight to Jogjakrta before 1.00pm
-Pick up from Airport or Hotel in Jogja.
-Journey to basecamp Sindoro about 3 to 4 hours.
-Climb to Pos 3 overnight at Pos 3

Day 2 Summit day (B,L)
-Wake up at 2.00am and at2.30am start attack Summit of Mt Sindoro.
- It take 3 to 4 hours to reach summit for normal people pace.
- Enjoy the sunrise then descend to Basecamp.
- Take breakfast then descend to head trail.
- conclude the trip.
